The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and processes meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, and working closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Job Summary

This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, and working closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of inspection methods, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and standard operating procedures.




- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality policies.
- Identify non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in internal and external audits, as required.
- Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Utilize a variety of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
