Senior Process Technology Engineer

Clariant in Novara, Italy is seeking a driven Process Technology Engineer to join the BU Catalysts team. You will oversee and improve existing chemical plants, lead design, construction and commissioning of new production plants, and drive cost-saving initiatives while upholding HSE and quality standards.
This role requires 5–10 years in production, product development and project management, a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, and fluency in Italian and English.
