Customer Support Technician

To strengthen its technical team, Cosmic Group's hiring a Customer Support Technician to join a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities.
Responsabilities:
- Performs on-site installation of new systems at the customer's location;
- Performs periodic maintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations;
- Provides support (both at Cosmic and on-site) for installed systems;
- Processes incoming returns from customers;
- Updates company databases with technical findings from the work performed;
- Reports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager.
Provide internal support to the Bring-up and Failure Analysis team for:
- Validation/repair of ATE components
- Validation/repair of interface board components
- Conduct training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilities
Requirements:
- High school diploma in electronics or related field.
- Experience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair;
- knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1)
- willingness to travel an average of 25%–30% of the days in the year
The position includes an annual gross salary of 26-30k €
