The role:
A new high-quality premium international venue will open in Rome in September 2027.
The client aims to serve international and local families and is seeking to build strong partnerships with embassies, NGOs, corporates, relocation agencies, and other relevant companies.
The client is now seeking an outstanding and ambitious Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator with a track record of successfully building both institutional and client relationships, to start in September 2026.
This role provides a rare opportunity to establish a leading partnerships framework both nationally and internationally for a super-premium international establishment in Rome.
Role Purpose:
To support the development of partnerships and prospective family engagement by coordinating outreach, maintaining communication, events, and supporting the admissions process from first enquiry through to enrolment.
The role works closely with the Director of Admissions & Marketing and the Admissions team to ensure that prospective families and partners experience clear communication, thoughtful follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify clients and networks relevant to the community, including relocation agents, employers, embassies, and international
- Make initial contact with prospective partners and maintain ongoing communication.
- Develop a good understanding of partner communities and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up activity.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to support prospective families throughout the admissions process.
