Job Overview
Scrum Master / Project Manager at AGCO Corporation, Breganze, Italy. This full‑time on‑site position offers opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results‑driven culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality and efficiency.
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams, and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery status.

Experience & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience supporting cross‑functional software or engineering teams.

Compensation
Gross annual salary range: €39,000–€60,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
