Our client is a multinational company operating in the high-performance materials and packaging industry, specializing in the development and manufacturing of innovative fiber-based solutions for industrial applications. With a strong international presence, the company continuously invests in innovation, quality, and sustainability, providing products for a wide range of industries, including filtration, food, healthcare, construction, transportation, and energy.

To strengthen its manufacturing site in Turin, the company is looking for new professionals to join its Quality team.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for managing technical customer support activities and leading quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. The role ensures that products, processes, and services meet customer expectations and internal quality standards while supporting production excellence in a process manufacturing environment.

Acting as a key interface between customers, Operations, Sales, Product Development, and Quality teams,



the Quality Engineer drives customer satisfaction, claim management, process optimization, and quality performance improvement, ensuring alignment with company objectives and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance to customers in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring an optimal fit between the company’s value proposition and customer technical requirements.
- Manage relationships with customers’ technical, quality, R&D;, and product development organizations.
- Support customers during product qualification, development projects, troubleshooting activities, and process optimization initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Quality Management
