- Relevant studies in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (applications administration, ERP/application logic, or related technical role).
- English proficiency (C1 written and spoken).Software development background or experience working with application logic and workflows.
- Ability to understand and write pseudocode to design, explain, or review logic for workflows andscripts.
- Ability to read code and support applications, reports, and processes.
- Experience working in an agile development environment (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Interest in new tools and technologies

Nice-to-have:
- Technical skills: REST APIs, Python, experience with Vue.js.
- Familiarity with LLMs or AI agents (design, integration, or experimentation).
