The Digital Store E-commerce Junior Trader supports QVC Italy managing the e-Commerce strategy for assigned categories to deliver the sales plan across all digital platforms (Website & App). This includes developing, executing and analyzing the e-Commerce strategy for brands, to drive the online business; meet sales and new customers goals. Ensures a cohesive strategy for products and categories by setting the category priorities and initiatives.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our offices in Brugherio (MB) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
- This is a tempo pieno role – maternity cover.
What You'll Do
Reporting To The Digital Store E-Commerce Supervisor You Will
- Be accountable to achieve sales plans for assigned categories.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with the Merchandising team to build a calendar of promotions for brand and product visibility to support the assigned categories.
- Collaborate with the On-Site Optimization / Personalization / Programming team to plan and develop new sales and promotional approaches for the e-commerce channels.
- React to business opportunities and challenges in order to maximize sales monitoring KPIs (Web Sales, sessions, CR, CTR...).
- Experiment with different types of offers depending on the customer audience (existing and new customers) maintaining knowledge of competitors to drive innovation to inspire new ways of working and best practices.
- Analyze and recap by presenting the category sales and content online strategy in all relevant business meetings.
- Manages content resources for video, photography and online assets.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of exposure to multichannel and ecommerce businesses.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Tableau Reader,
