Job Title: Fleet Support Center Engineer

Purpose of the Job:
- Provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service of locomotives
- Monitor locomotives systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomalies
- Coordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage locomoties availability and service recovery
- Provide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established protocols and procedures




- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventions
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance activities, including findings and recommendations
- Analyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine technical causes
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and maintenance work
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous imp rovement initiatives
- Conduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stock (locomotives)
- Review fleet failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring operation problems. As appropriate he will utilize continuous improvement tools to identify root cause and work to implement a solution helping the Reliability Growth team.
