BNB - Business Network Builders is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Consultant to analyze client requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. You will customize the platform to mirror the client structure, including vacation tracking, learning resources, and benefits administration to align with client needs.
You will collaborate with executives, managers, and HR representatives, design and configure Workday modules, and lead client demos to validate configurations.
