Learning & Development Manager

For a fast-growing multinational leader in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Learning & Development Manager. Reporting to the HR Director Europe and the Head of Learning & Development, the role will oversee Learning & Development activities for Italy (hands‑on management of local processes) and serve as the point of reference in deploying global initiatives across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs and design/implement learning and development programs.
- Act as the reference point for the performance appraisal process and employee development.
- Partner with managers to identify internal talent, define career paths and support succession planning.
- Develop strategies to improve talent retention and strengthen employee engagement.
- Monitor key talent metrics and provide insights to support decision‑making.
- Stay up to date on HR/L&D; trends and best practices.

Requirements




- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management & Development within international, structured organizations.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and key development initiatives.
- Proven experience using and maintaining complex HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Google Suite).
- Fluent English; French is a plus.

Location & Travel
- San Cesario sul panaro (1 day/week lavoro da remoto).
- Availability to travel approximately one week every two months.

Offer
- Permanent contract.
- CCNL Metalmeccanico.
- Indicative salary package: €50,000–€60,000 gross annual, based on experience, plus 10% variable and a production bonus.
