Overview
We’re Hiring: Event Director – Milan. Location: Milan, Italy. Type: Tempo parziale / Freelance.
ChallenZee turns social gatherings — morning, afternoon, or night — into gamified competitive events where people connect, have fun, and win prizes. We’re an early-stage startup launching our first events in Milan and we need a strong Event Director to make it happen.
Your Role
- Connect with onboarded venues, shape 3 tailored event formats that fit their space, customers & goals
- Define venue earning model & booking price (including prize value, animator cost, etc.)
- Assign & manage animators/hosts to run each event
- Deliver final event setup to the ChallenZee marketing team to launch campaigns & secure bookings

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in event production,



nightlife, or experiential marketing
- Strong ability to work with venue owners & create event formats
- Leadership skills to manage a small team of animators/hosts
- Based in Milan or willing to travel frequently
