Mission

As a Hotel Experience Manager - protected category 68/99, you are the primary operational contact for hotel partners. You ensure an outstanding partner experience by delivering operational excellence, providing consultative support, and enabling hotels to maximize their performance through the HRS 5S Framework and HRS technology solutions.

Impact

You directly contribute to partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, and commercial growth by helping hotels improve availability, pricing, content quality, and adoption of HRS solutions.
