thecoteam seeks an AV Install Tech (AV, Control, Networks) to join our field team in Naples, FL. This in-person role focuses on installation work on construction sites, requiring ladders, cabling, and tool use. You will be part of a hands-on team that values practical problem solving and reliability.
Schedule is 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm, with on-site supervision from Jason (CEO) and Nicole (CFO). This position emphasizes field work over desk tasks in a fast-paced environment.
