Our primary focus is on improving patient outcomes, ensuring that healthcare professionals (HCPs) are supported in achieving the best clinical results in an environmentally sustainable manner.The Market Development Specialist Spine is responsible for leading and implementing Sales Strategy around Spine & Bio Portfolio within the Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) business in Italy. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction across the Spine portfolio, ensuring alignment with Medtronic’s strategic objectives and ethical standards.



The role reports in solid line to the District Manager CST and works in close strategic partnership to execute the district business plan, accelerate growth, and embed Medtronic’s Aible value-based commercial strategy across the territory. The Market Development Specialist plays a key role in translating district strategy into actionable field execution, ensuring commercial excellence, strong customer partnerships, and sustainable market expansion across Central Italy.
