Job Description:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end export licensing activities, ensuring timely application, approval,



and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support Business Development and project teams by integrating trade compliance considerations from early bid stages through project execution
- Contribute to Contract Acceptance Reviews, ensuring export control and compliance requirements are properly assessed and addressed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper management of export control requirements related to equipment, technology, and data in line with Italian and international regulations
- Prepare and deliver contract and export compliance reports for internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Maintain and continuously improve contract and export licence tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability
