Role Description The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services. This role plans, implements, and maintains hardware, software, networks,



and cloud solutions to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. The IT Manager leads and mentors the IT team, coordinates daily support activities, and manages incident resolution, system monitoring, and performance optimization. The role collaborates with business leaders to align IT initiatives with organizational goals, manage vendor relationships, and oversee IT budgets and procurement. The IT Manager also develops and enforces IT policies, ensures data protection and compliance, and drives continuous improvement and technology upgrades.
Qualifications
Strong experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and endpoint devices.
Proficiency in system administration, database management, and IT security practices (firewalls, access controls, backup and recovery).
