With Alpha Innovation, NOI AG has developed an innovation methodology that enables companies to achieve radical innovation. The structured approach combines strategic analysis, creative idea development, validation and systematic decision‑making. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding our Innovation Management Team and are looking for an Innovation Consultant who supports our clients in consulting projects and sustainably strengthens their innovation potential.
We entrust this to you:
- Coordination and delivery of innovation consulting projects: managing innovation projects from start to finish to ensure successful implementation




- Facilitation of workshops and trainings: organizing and moderating workshops and training sessions for clients
- Development and implementation of services: as part of the Innovation Management Team, you develop and deliver the unit’s services and contribute to their continuous improvement

You have what it takes:
- A degree in innovation, engineering, digital technologies, entrepreneurship or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Strong skills in innovation, workshop facilitation, team motivation, strategic thinking and project management
- Extensive knowledge and experience in innovation culture and strategic planning, as well as a strong interest in digitalization, pioneering technologies and applications
- Excellent command of German, Italian and English
