THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Asset Lead (RAL) to manage and support a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region.

The RAL will be responsible for executing regional fleet strategies, ensuring the consistent deployment of processes, and driving performance in line with customer satisfaction, unavailability, and infleet goals.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director and functionally to the Asset Strategy Director, the RAL serves as the operational backbone of the region. This role requires a highly collaborative leader who can effectively translate strategy into execution and support local depots through coordination and oversight of regional processes and partnerships.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Regional Execution & Operational Support

Oversee daily operational processes across the region, ensuring coordination with local depots and Asset Analysts.
Ensure full compliance with SOPs, especially in health & safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery.
Monitor and drive results on core KPIs, particularly unavail
