Your role

We are looking for a MTE Engineer Specialist who will drive the development, industrialization, validation and continuous improvement of automated test solutions supporting new product introduction and mass production. The role collaborates closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products.
- Support NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production.
- Design, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment.
- Perform GR&R;, correlation studies and capability analysis.
- Analyze test data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
