You speak the language of engineering, engage clients on a technical level, and translate their needs into solutions that position Mammoet as the partner of choice for heavy lifting and transport projects across Italy.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As Sales Manager Italy you turn complex technical challenges into clear, competitive, and accurate proposals. You speak the language of engineering, engage clients on a technical level, and translate their needs into solutions that position Mammoet as the partner of choice for heavy lifting and transport projects across Italy.
You work close to the market, collaborate with engineering and operations, and help shape proposals that are safe, efficient, and technically sound. With strong commercial awareness and technical insight, you strengthen Mammoet’s presence in Italy and support the growth of our business.
Your tasks and responsibilities but not limited to:
- Translate technical client needs into clear,



accurate project proposals.
- Support the full sales process from first contact and site visits to preparing and following up on offers.
- Maintain regular client contact to identify new opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
- Visit client sites to assess requirements and gather technical input for engineering and operations.
- Build relationships across key industries such as energy, petrochemicals, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop competitive, technically sound proposals.
- Manage contract preparation and bid submissions and take an active role in commercial negotiations.
- Act as the bridge between client and internal teams ensuring requirements are fully understood and reflected in proposals.
- Engage with international stakeholders to align on technical and commercial inputs.
- Monitor market developments and flag opportunities within the Italian marke
