YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE As Client Engagement Manager – Europe, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Client Engagement team, helping us leading and elevating the client engagement vision across the region,



with a strong focus on strengthening relationships with the Maison’s most valuable clients and accelerating the growth of the top tier of the client pyramid. Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement & CVM – Europe, the role will define and drive engagement plan aimed at increasing client loyalty, expanding the base of high-spending and UHNW clients, and reinforcing long-term client value across European markets. More specifically you will: * Define, in alignment with the Head of department, the clientengagement strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on UHNW and top-tier client development, aiming to strengthen loyalty and accelerate the growth of the top tier of the client pyramid. * Develop and oversee highly curated on brand experiences and bespoke engagement initiatives designed to reinforce emotional connection, elevate brand desirability and increase client value. * Lead and coordinate regional Clienteling Managers across European markets, providing strategic direction,
