Donaldson Italia s.r.l. is seeking a senior HR leader to act as a strategic partner to the Plant Director across Ostiglia, Porto Mantovano and Opera. You will shape people strategies, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and coach the local HR team to deliver value across the business.
You will drive talent management, learning, and total rewards while collaborating with regional and global HR colleagues. Occasional travel within Italy and Europe will be required.
