Reliability & Maintenance Engineer
Pisticci, Italy
As a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for setting, implementing and maintaining the reliability strategy in our production plant.
You will take care of the development of repair and maintenance processes of our facility and provide support in shutdown planning, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, operational strategies for maintenance and repairs and all types of technical support.
You will work in a team with a high level of expertise and experience, interact with Olin global maintenance function and directly contribute to achieving our goals in terms of safe and reliable operations, business profitability and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, optimize and monitor the maintenance & reliability work process and strategies.
- Follow global maintenance and reliability processes and support their implementation in plant.
- Align plant performance with business unit objectives, develop action plans for the implementation, execution and improvement of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and repair work to identify weaknesses in plant reliability and ensure th
