The opportunity:
We are looking to hire an experienced SRE to become a Services BU Lead with strong leadership capabilities. You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with a focus on high-quality delivery.
Salary:
45K - 67.5K
Responsibilities:




- Analyze designs and implement complex infrastructures;
- Challenge team processes, seeking improvements;
- Communicate with self-awareness;
- Set direction for the delivery of multiple services;
- Identify strategic technical debt and provide cost/vantaggi analysis for its elimination;
- Understand the business landscape and stakeholder expectations;
- Lead recruiting efforts and capacity planning;
- Assist team members with delivery when needed;
- Produce quality metrics;
- Manage team members with diverse skill sets effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
- Previous experience as an SRE Engineer (4-10 years);
- Good knowledge of Cloudera cluster management;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/Scala, Bash, Python;
- Deep understanding of UNIX/Linux systems internals, TCP/IP networking, and security practices;
