Etro is New Tradition, the sum of artisan know-how and creative experimentation. The entrepreneurial venture began in 1968, when Gimmo Etro, the brand’s visionary founder, launched a production of highly prestigious fabrics using noble and natural fibers, which he embellished with original designs and innovative colour ways. Key Responsibilities
-Deliver an outstanding customer experience by anticipating and exceeding clients’ expectations.
-Demonstrate excellent knowledge of ETRO’s history, heritage, values, and Accessories collections.
-Guide customers through the ETRO selling ceremony, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
-Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through proactive clienteling activities and CRM tools.
-Provide styling advice and share insights on fashion trends, the luxury market, and ETRO collections.
-Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets while supporting business developm
