Human Resources Business Partner Location: Milan, Italy Working pattern: 5 days per week on site About the Opportunity We're partnering with a fast-paced international organisation to appoint an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a commercially driven, sales-led business across Southern Europe. This is a highly visible, fully on-site business partnering role where you'll work directly with senior commercial leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, navigate organisational change and drive business growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. Success in this role requires someone who understands the pace, pressure and commercial demands of a sales organisation and can confidently influence leaders across multiple countries. The Role Partnering with Sales and Commercial leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive HR support across Spain,



Italy and Portugal. Key responsibilities include: Partner with senior commercial leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to ambitious business growth plans. Coach managers on performance management, leadership capability, employee relations and talent development. Support organisational design, restructuring and change programmes across the Southern Europe region. Drive workforce planning, succession planning and talent reviews within commercial teams. Work closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and organisational growth. Analyse people data and business trends to provide commercially focused HR insights. Champion employee engagement, culture and leadership initiatives. Ensure compliance with local employment legislation across Spain, Italy and Portugal while maintaining alignment with global HR policies. Collaborate with Centres of Excellence including Reward, T
