As part of the ongoing development of NEAR‐C S.R.L., we are seeking a Hardware Designer with solid experience in the Aerospace & Defence sector. The selected professional will join our team of consultants and contribute their expertise across all current and future projects.
About the Role
The selected professional will join our team of consultants and contribute their expertise across all current and future projects.
Responsibilities
Creation and review of schematics and technical documentation;
Collaboration with cross‐functional teams (software, mechanical, production) to ensure seamless system integration;
Design and development of electronic hardware systems and components (FPGA, analog/digital circuits, etc.);
Execution of testing, debugging, and validation activities on prototypes and final products;




Analysis and resolution of hardware‐related issues in existing products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in hardware design and development.
Required Skills
Proficiency with electronic CAD tools (Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad);
Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers;
Ability to readand interpret datasheets and technical documentation.
Pay range and compensation package
Permanent employment contract;
Gross annual salary: € 40.000 – € 50.000;
Supplementary healthcare coverage through Fondo Est.
