Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Italy (Feed & Pet Food Focus)

Role Description We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Milan. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this position, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets for our yeast and yeast-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective regional sales plans to drive growth and meet commercial objectives
Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
Conduct regular customer visits to present technical and commercial solutions tailored to client needs
Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and competitive market positioning
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and professional networking opportunities
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Qualifications Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, ideally within food ingredients, biotechnology, or related B2B sectors
