ITALY - Legal & Compliance Manager

Celltrion Group is searching for a highly motivated Legal & Compliance Manager to join our fast‑growing organization in Milan, Italy. The candidate will spearhead compliance activities across diverse therapeutic areas and support the company’s sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with data protection laws and oversee data governance practices (GDPR).
- Implement and monitor the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
- Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and define mitigation plans.
- Support and coordinate activities of the Supervisory Body.
- Ensure transparency reporting and disclosure of transfers of value in accordance with the Sunshine Act.
- Lead internal compliance audits and manage corrective action plans.
- Develop, update, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures.
- Design and strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements.
- Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to all internal departments.




- Oversee recovery actions and manage outstanding receivables (Debt Collection).
- Handle pre‑litigation matters and coordinate external counsel in litigation cases.
- Support regulatory, quality, AIFA relations, and CRO activities.

Essential Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of Legal & Compliance experience, with at least two‑thirds in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy.
- Prior role as Head of Legal, Compliance Officer, or General Counsel.
- Experience in a multinational corporation.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and anti‑corruption frameworks (including corporate liability models such as 231).
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing regulatory inspections and interactions with government authorities.
- Law degree or higher qualification.
- Fluency in English.
