Italy is where we are writing our next growth chapter: we already run 50 stores and rank among the top 5 largest brands in the category, with a clear ambition to become the number one laser brand. Category penetration is still developing in the market and consumer behaviour differs structurally from Spain, which makes this a market where real brand-building work matters and gets noticed.
Your Role As Brand Manager for Elha in Italy, you will develop the brand in this market:



defining positioning, tone of voice and content strategy together with the Head of Marketing, and bringing it to life through creative campaigns that build awareness, recognition and community. You will adapt our shared brand standard to Italian culture and language, and be the driving force behind how Elha shows up in Italy.
You are based in our offices in Milan, reporting to the Head of Marketing and to our Country Manager as well, and backed by our central team in areas such as design, content, data, performance, CRM and AI while supported by local creative and influencer marketing agencies.
Our marketing team works in outcome-based squads, organized around three goals: acquisition, retention, and brand building. You connect Italy's local strategy and execution into these squads:
Acquisition Squad: Content and influencer/UGC activity that generates demand through performance marketing.
