BSI is seeking a Regional Employee Relations Specialist to support Europe from a remote setting across the UK or Europe. The role focuses on investigations, case management, policy implementation, and collaboration with People Operations and HR teams to drive compliant, employee-centric outcomes.
You will help strengthen employee experience, reduce risk, and promote consistency across Southern Europe while working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple countries.
