Hermès Rome seeks a Department Manager to partner with Store Management, guiding boutique activities and developing the team while upholding Hermès culture and values in every interaction.
You will lead daily tasks, coach staff, participate in recruitment, and drive sales while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. A hospitality/fashion-oriented degree and fluency in Italian and English are preferred.
