In our dynamic, international, and highly collaborative environment, we are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Technology M&A; area based in Milan.
This role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the definition and execution of strategic M&A; initiatives, with a strong focus on technology and digital transformation.
You will work on complex transactions, supporting Private Equity funds, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs throughout the entire transaction lifecycle: from due diligence, to deal execution and post-merger integration activities.
Our approach combines management consulting, corporate finance, and technology expertise, positioning the team as a trusted partner at the intersection of Technology and M&A.;

Your Role & Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Develop, lead and motivate our Technology M&A; team in Italy




- Foster professional growth by promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability

Business Development & Market Presence
- Lead business development activities in the Italian market, from opportunity origination to deal closure
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with Private Equity firms, corporates, and entrepreneurs
- Contribute to positioning the team as a reference point in the Technology M&A; market

Project & Client Management
- Take end-to-end responsibility for project management, including planning, delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including C-level clients, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure delivery excellence across all phases of the transaction

Collaboration & Growth
- Actively collaborate with the global team to further strengthen the firm’s presence and footprint
