and grow in the field of AI platform engineering with the aim of building the TeamSystem core AI-bricks running LLMs, agentic AI and MCP servers.In particular, you will:* Develop self-provisioning services for resources like LLM gateways and MCP servers, and lifecycle management of AI agents;* Create new features for the AI platform by listening to our users, through monitoring internal KPIs, and actively participating in prioritization decision-making processes;* Work closely with product teams and AI engineers.At least 3–4 years of experience in similar positions;* managing cloud infrastructures, containers and infrastructure as code;* being familiar with Python backend development – we use FastAPI;* experience with deploying AI solution featuring LLM and MCP Servers;* proficiency in English (B2 level).We’re looking for people who reflect our values through their growth mindsetand their ability to turn challeng
