Senior Financial Analyst – (Taunton, MA / Bridgewater, NJ)
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Taunton, MA and Bridgewater, NJ leadership teams, responsible for driving financial and operational performance across Prysmian’s Downhole Technology (DHT) business. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver insights, strengthen cost discipline, and support business decision‑making across both sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational performance
- Assess and communicate financial impact of operational and commercial decisions
- Lead monthly financial reporting, including sales, margins, and expenses
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for both locations
- Provide forward‑looking analysis to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality,



and Commercial teams
- Translate financial data into clear insights for non‑financial stakeholders
- Ensure alignment and coordination of financial activities across both sites

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or plant controlling
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Ability to travel monthly to Bridgewater, NJ
- Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred:
- SAP experience
- CPA, CMA, or CGMA certification

Compensation
$95,360 – $150,465
