We are looking for a Lead Design Systems (m/f/d) to join our Design & Customer Experience team and drive the evolution of a shared design foundation that enables quality,
consistency and scale across Telekom’s products and services.

What You'll Do
Define and evolve the vision and strategy for Telekom’s design system together with Design, Engineering and Product leadership.
Drive design system initiatives across cross‑functional teams while providing expert design leadership.
Own and evolve components, tokens, patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and accessibility.
Enable designers, engineers and product teams to adopt, contribute to and continuo
