Join the COO Office at Dedalus as a Business Analyst – Healthcare Operations , reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. In this role, you will support operational performance management, business controlling activities, and strategic decision-making within the Corporate organization (COO area), with a strong focus on operational economics, business sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Analyze operational and service delivery data across healthcare IT projects and solutions, providing insights to support performance management and business decision-making.

Monitor and report on key operational KPIs, including billability, utilization, capacity, productivity, profitability, costs, and delivery performance, supporting operational controlling activities.

Develop dashboards,



reports, and analytical views to enable performance reviews and data-driven decisions across Operations, Delivery, and Management teams.

Partner with Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Product teams to define, standardize, and continuously improve operational KPIs, reporting frameworks, and controlling processes.

Support operational planning, forecasting, budgeting assumptions, and capacity management activities within a healthcare IT environment, with occasional travel across Europe and the UKI region (2–4 days).
