You will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.

Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world‑class performance.

Work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite.

Define quality requirements, quality gates and the process control plan for new launches.

Support product development in early stage to ensure products satisfy quality specifications after launch sales.

Support the definition and implementation of actions to improve safety,



operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment within the local business.

Lead quality operation on a specific product family: continuous improvement both on process and product, coordinating quality activities in production focused on achieving business target within quality.

Be a reference for suppliers/customers during the process audits to ensure the compliance of working practice, procedures, and production surveillance.

Be responsible to manage quality data and metrics according ABB standards.

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Experience of 5+ years in similar roles will be considered a plus.

Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and statistical software (i.e. Knowledge of lean six sigma methodology will be considered a plus.
