By covering this role, you will ensure the effective implementation of Health & Safety standards within the Production Unit, acting as a key point of reference for all topics related to occupational safety, accident prevention and human-centered work design. You will support the translation of legal and internal requirements into practical shopfloor actions, working closely with different stakeholders to guarantee compliance and continuous improvement across all H&S; processes, including activities involving third parties.Main Responsibilities:As Health & Safety Specialist, part of your responsibilities will be to identify, assess and reduce Health & Safety risks,

ensuring that all legal and internal standards and procedures are correctly implemented and followed on the shopfloor and by contractors.You will perform and update risk assessments together with the Production Unit team, support audits and follow-up. You will contribute to incident investigations, root cause analysis and the definition of preventive and corrective actions, while overseeing H&S; KPIs monitoring, ensuring proper use of internal tools and follow-up of defined action plans. You will also support the implementation of the emergency organization in alignment with the plant emergency plan, contribute to H&S; initiatives and prepare work instructions in line with internal standards.In addition, you will plan, coordinate and deliver H&S; training activities, fostering a strong safety culture through regular shopfloor interactions and engagement initiatives.
