Joining our team means stepping into a critical role with the authority and responsibility to drive significant business outcomes and shape the strategic trajectory of the company and the industry.What you'll be doingAs Group CFO, you will serve as the primary financial strategist and a key partner to the CEO, shaping Satispay’s international financial roadmap from our Milan headquarters.Your mandate includes overseeing the Group’s financial strategy, capital allocation and consolidated finance activities, supporting the company’s growth and future capital markets objectives.You will lead and scale a best-in-class Group Finance organization, spanning FP&A;, Financial Control, Group Reporting, Investor Relations,



and Finance Business Partnering capabilities, while ensuring consistent financial governance and alignment across all entities, including our regulated financial activities in Luxembourg.

Executive Financial Strategy: Act as a primary member of the Executive Team, influencing corporate development, monetization plans, and the overarching business model.Define and execute the Group’s long-term financial strategy, including capital allocation priorities, profitability frameworks, and value creation initiatives across business lines and geographies.Corporate Finance & Capital Management: Lead all corporate finance activities including equity fundraising, debt structuring, investor relations, M&A; execution, financial due diligence, and valuation processes.

Act as a key interface with the Board, shareholders, and institutional investors, supporting IPO preparation or capital markets readiness initiatives.Financial Reporting & Governance
