The Sales Manager we are looking for will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across the HoReCa, Food Service, and QSR channels in the Italian market.

The role needs to ensure the achievement of company targets in terms of revenue and gross margin,



while building and maintaining strong technical and commercial relationships with customers. Through a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, the Sales Manager will have to identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with corporate strategy and directives.

Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key clients across the HoReCa, Food Service, and QSR channels

Develop a solid understanding of clients’ business models and needs to provide effective commercial support

Ensure timely delivery of products and services, in close collaboration with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Technical)

Contribute to sales planning and commercial strategies in line with corporate objectives

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities within the respective channels

Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts using defined KPIs fo
