Job Description We are currently seeking a Client Development Ambassador who will report to the Store Director as part of our dynamic team in Milan Sant’Andrea Store. Role Mission As a Client Development Ambassador, you will play a key role in building and retaining strong relationships with high-spending clients while driving clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team. In addition to regular Client Advisor activities, you will focus on increasing the number of VICs in the database, ensuring their engagement through personalized service strategies and seamless OMNI-channel experiences. Key Accountabilities SALES AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE

STYLING AND STORE OPERATIONS
- Luxury and Trends: Possess a deep understanding of luxury, collections, and current fashion trends.
- Silhouettes and Alternatives: Work with silhouettes and suggest alternative items to enhance client discovery of the collection.
- Confident Styling Advice: Provide confident styling advice, reflecting the brand’s creative vision.
