Responsibilities Mission: The candidate will work in a highly motivating environment in a very dynamic context joining a leading player in Global Markets Activities. The candidate will be part of the Cross Asset Solutions Sales team within the Global Markets Italian platform as Junior Sales Analyst working alongside experienced colleagues operating on Cross Asset Solutions to be offered through Banks, Insurances Companies, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, directly listed investment products. During his/her experience the candidate will have the chance to leverage both technical and sales skills and gain a vast experience in working on very different aspects on the sales side, including direct client contacts, learning new skills, take responsibility for various tasks and be key pillar of the team. Tasks and responsibilities: The candidate will be required to focus on:
- Supporting the team and be the frontline in the daily interaction with institutional clients related to structured solutions (pre trade, trade, post trade)




- Pricing and booking of structured products and derivatives exotic solutions
- Liaising with the support functions to address day to day pre and post trade issues
- Working together with internal business partners mainly Trading, Structuring, Legal, documentation
- Liaising with his/her peers in other Regions
- Strong link with the Global Research and Marketing team in order to help the sales in the ideas generations
- Complying with risk limits, internal policies and compliance rules
- Understand the risk culture
- Understand and implement the team spirit and professional engagement within the team

The candidate will acquire proper skills useful to behave in a dynamic and international environment. He will improve his/her analysis skills, the marketing knowledge and how to manage complex processes dealing with multiple internal and external resources. Profile required Studies & experience:
- Economic degree
- Previous experience in Structured Pro
