You will use data and AI tools to track customer feedback (NPS), create clear reports for senior management, and work with local teams worldwide to put customers first.Retribuzione annua: 34000 - 40000esperienza1 annoresponsabilitàKey ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Manage daily operations for global customer satisfaction initiatives.Data & Insights: Analyze customer feedback trends using data and AI tools.Reporting: Create simple, high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.Platform Support: Help manage the Medallia feedback platform and work with suppliers.Innovation: Help launch new digital feedback tools and AI best practices.Collaboration:
