Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in risk management consulting? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compliance Risk Advisory team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme . This role will be based in Milan for a hybrid role. Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk , a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, human capital, and investments ( Oliver Wyman, Guy Carpenter, Mercer ). We will count on you to:
- Analysis of business processes through risk assessment activities, in order to evaluate internal control systems and identify measures aimed at mitigating the gaps identified.
- Implementation and strategic strengthening of policies and procedures within the Internal Control System.
- Support on projects related to Third Party Risk Management.
- Implementation of Compliance Models and support to Supervisory Bodies (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231⁄2001 ,



Law 262⁄05 , etc.).
- Definition and review of anti-corruption models (Law 190⁄12 and ISO 37001).
- Internal Audit activities, both operational and compliance.
- Data Protection Compliance, based on a thorough knowledge of the GDPR.
- Support in the implementation of anti-fraud frameworks.

What you need to have:
- University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.).
- Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English
- IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint)
