Job Scope
Ensure adequate technical and application support by intervening with Customers promptly and professionally.
Starting from the pre-installation phase, retrieve the necessary information in order to manage, follow and develop the activities related to the installation and the entire post-sales cycle of Field.
Comply with company procedures in order to contribute to the optimization of resources and in compliance with the work of other company entities.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Performs repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical checks and HW/SW updates of the instruments in the times and ways defined by the Area Service Managers in harmony with the Customer's needs;
