Aptar is seeking a Compensation Analyst for tempo parziale 50%, based at Aptar Chieti or remote. You will join the Global Compensation team to support compensation execution and contribute to EMEA and global projects.
The role covers job architecture management, market benchmarking, data analysis, and support for bonus/merit processes. Some travel may be required; the initial contract is one year with the potential to convert.
