Your Impact You provide technical leadership for Intermedix (and the closely related KONA/Atlas portfolio), driving the technical roadmap together with the local product organisation.
You guide a cross-functional team, raise the technical bar, and align architecture, quality and delivery practices with our group-wide standards.
You drive AI-native product evolution — designing agents, skills and workflows that improve clinician and patient experience.
You act as the bridge between the Italian team and the wider AIS DE engineering organisation, ensuring strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and consistency.
You coach and mentor engineers, building a strong, proactive engineering culture.
Your Profile Several years of senior-level engineering experience in modern web/SaaS applications, with proven technical leadership.
Solid command of modern web stacks and cloud/DevOps practices.
Effective use of AI in software engineering; hands‑on experience with Claude Code (agents, skills, workflows) is preferred; AI pipelines, harnesses and context engineering are a strong plus.
Strong problem solving, innovation, proactivity, healthcare-purpose alignment and entrepreneurship.
Fluent English; preferably based in Italy. German appreciated
