COMMERCIAL TENDER COORDINATORIn this role, you will manage private and public tender in all phases, from participation to award and post-award phases.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAnalysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal;Analysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders;Preparation, in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved,



of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders;Management and preparation of the final tender documents;Management and resolution of potential tender management issues;Analysis, management of contracts;Analysis, management and resolution of issues that may arise in the post-award phase with the customer;To plan, manage and execute tender in full respect with the established guidelines and internal processes;To ensure that all the tender targets such as timing, quality, cost, performances and investments are delivered according to the specification;To ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency;To ensure documentation update on the tender database;To ensure proper coordination of all elements needed to drive and complete the tender in time;To plan and distribute communication in a timely and appropriate manner.WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVEDegree in legal or economic disciplinePrevious experience in tender managementExperience in management of supplier procurement portalsKno
